Embodied Breath Apprentice
The EBA 100hr Apprenticeship Program
WHAT IS
Embodied Breath Apprentice?
You have completed the Embodied Breathwork Practitioner Training and feel called to deepen your journey by immersing yourself in the practice, refining your facilitation skills, experiencing the training from both the student and the mature space holder perspective, and receiving dedicated mentorship.
As an apprentice in the in-person Embodied Breathwork Practitioner Training, you will walk alongside experienced teachers and gain firsthand experience in supporting sessions, guiding participants, and integrating the wisdom of breathwork into your own practice. You will revisit key themes, refine touch techniques, and expand your understanding of this work while receiving direct one-on-one support for your personal and professional growth.
This is an opportunity to grow in embodiment, leadership and service. Through hands-on practice, mentorship and access to exclusive EBA resources, you will receive the full transmission of this training while actively contributing to the space.
This apprenticeship is an invitation to bring breathwork deeper into your body, to refine your craft with integrity and intention, and to walk this path with depth, devotion and excellence.
This is also counted as a pathway towards being accredited by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance where it is requested that you receive 400hrs Breathwork Training to be accredited by them.
What Does the Apprenticeship Involve?

Practical Contribution – Completing assigned tasks that contribute to the flow of the training.
Space Holding – Arriving first to prepare the room at the start of the day and ensuring it is packed away at night.
Online Integration – Attending all live online course calls to stay engaged with the full spectrum of learning.
